Attendance at the event is complimentary, however we are requesting a £50 deposit which will be refunded after you register on the day at the Hampshire Stand.

Due to the high demand for these free places, we ask for credit card details to be taken at the point of registration. The credit card will be debited for £50 to secure a place and the payment will only be retained from delegates who register for a place and then do not attend. The fee of £50 will be refunded for everyone who registers on the day at The Hampshire Stand (Newbury Racecourse). Refunds will be issued within 7 days after they have attended the event.
